A thorough and detailed weekly visit to make sure everything is in order. Run the faucets and showers up to temperature, flush the toilets, check the HVAC, check the pool, start the cars, operate the lift, and vac the condensation line monthly. We take in the mail and forward anything important. A monthly attic and roof inspection is also included.
Detailed interior and exterior video links are sent weekly via text on our CompanyCam system.
